Johanna Mikkola is the Vice-President and General Manager of BrainStation Miami and the former CEO and Co-Founder of Wyncode Academy. In early 2021, Wyncode was acquired by BrainStation, the global leader in digital skills training, which has trained over 100,000 professionals in more than 90 countries.

BrainStation is on a mission to train 1 million professionals by 2025, and Johanna leads the company’s ambitious expansion in the fast-growing Florida market.

Johanna was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in June 2015, joining a prestigious, select network of the most high-impact entrepreneurs around the globe. Johanna is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Babson College’s WIN LAB, a founding member of the Miami chapter of the Female Founder Collective, and a board member of Tech Hub South Florida.
