Nitish Vij is an accomplished technical data specialist of some 20 years distinguished experience. His expertise lies in working collaboratively with business leaders to leverage technological innovation and provide commercial solutions to complex problems. During the course of his career, Nitish has worked in a vast array of sectors including, banking finance, insurance, manufacturing, retail, communication service providers, energy/utilities and government bodies. As well as a breadth of sectors, Nitish has delivered data-driven transformation at an executive level in many large companies globally, including Australia, New Zealand,, India, the Middle East (MENA), United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Singapore, North America, South East Asia and Europe. Nitish has been in constant employment with high calibre employers since the completion of his Masters of Technology in 2000. Nitish is currently residing in Sydney Australia and has been working as the Director – Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence at Wipro for the past three and a half years. Nitish is very employable, has proven his ability to support himself independently and has assimilated incredibly well to the Australian lifestyle. In 2020, Nitish delivered a white paper “Contact Tracing for COVID 19, through use of Technology without compromising on PII – Highly Scalable and Cost effective solution” which is being used to develop solutions on contact tracing during the pandemic.
